As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what to expect when looking at houses, or looking for a real estate agent.  I met Reg almost out of coincidence, and immediately I knew that he was going to help me find the right home for me.  When I began my search, Reg helped explain simple things to me that a first time homebuyer just doesn't know about (things as simple as closing costs, home inspection, or who pays certain fees).  Reg helped me get started with my search, and he understood my priorities in looking for a house.  He quickly realized that there were certain areas in which I wanted to buy, and we worked together to make sure my search was only in those areas.  We looked at houses together, and he even looked at a couple before I looked at them because after looking at a few houses together, he had an understanding of just what I was looking for. 

I was worried at first that I might feel pressured into buying quickly or something like that, but Reg understood that I was in no rush to buy and had a large window.  He was never pushy in our discussions and he did a great job in helping me ultimately find the house that was perfect for me in the right location and actually under what I was expecting to maybe spend (of course it was a great time to buy a house)!  Everyone always talks about all of the paperwork that you have to sign in the end and what a hassle it is, but Reg went over all of these documents with me (along with others), and everything went extremely smooth on purchasing my new home.  I'd definitely recommend Reg to someone else looking for their first home, or any home for that matter.
